Bob, when you get to hear this, you have my best wishes, blind musician to blind musician. having had the excitement once of having emergency travel and almost exiting the planet, I don’t recommend it as a steady occupation for any of us!

I'm Bob Ringwald's son-in-law. I spoke with Bob today and let him know you were asking about his condition. He very much appreciated the thought. 

He's doing better, out of the ICU but still in the hospital. Most likely he'll be in New Mexico for another couple weeks, until he's well enough to come back home. He's feeling better every day.  

Thanks for checking in on him. He said he's happy to have you share the news with the list. He's not back on his laptop yet so if he hasn't responded to people's emails, that's why.
