[Dixielandjazz] Identification

At the time of his great popularity (as a 'pop' artist playing boogie), 
it was generally suspected that Sugar Chile was in fact a diminutive 
adult and not a small boy. I remember him touring in variety in Britain 
more than 60 years ago.
