[Dixielandjazz] This thing called Jazz

it makes perfect sense for music which can only be explained as "if you
ain't got it, leave it."  And that was in the days when people usually knew
it when they heard it.  Now, with all those strange noises passing under
the name "jazz," it has become nebulous indeed!
