I would like to draw your attention to a French swing band from Montpellier
in southern France.


The band name is *“The Rhythm Gamblers”* and they specialize in 1930s-1940s
swing music.

The Rhythm Gamblers recreate the atmosphere of the Savoy Ballroom with
their repertoire of old classics form *Lester Young, Benny Goodman, Cootie
Williams and Charlie Christian*... This unique combination, of talented
musicians and swing music classics, creates an amazing atmosphere that
brings lindy hop dancers to the floor and ensures an unforgettable night of
swing outs and turns.


*The Rhythm Gamblers* consists only of talented musicians, and two of them
are well known within the jazz swing scene; *Gilles Berthenet*,
trumpet and *Yves
Buffetrille*, double-bass.
