Nope, trust me, it is running fast.

I've worked with both the Climax band and turk murphy. I know how they play, 
plus the sound is obviously speeded up.

Being a video, hardly at the wrong speed.  But it's definitely the 
occasionally typical Turk late-70s early 80s.
