[Dixielandjazz] Cyril Laurie

My friend and somebody else's worthy constituent Prof. Dr. Haesler 
(whom God Preserve, of Sydney NSW) 
informs me that Laurie the clarinet-wielder was in fact Cyril 
-- I was confusing him with a Cy Laurie sometime proprietor of an Inn in Glasgow. 

So, herewith a different limerick 
on much the same theme ....

Of the clarinet wobbler called Cyril,
maybe welcome to say what you will, 
you probably ought to take heed 
that the trembling of his long-stilled reed 
can generate yet some spirit not simple to still !
