Hello Music Loving Friends,
Here is a reminder about our upcoming performance this coming Saturday night, April
29, at the Scottish Rite Center, on Lake Merritt, in Oakland. The event is the the
Art Deco Preservation Ball. We'd love to see you there for an elegant night inside
this amazing 1920s domed Art Deco auditorium. The theme this year is Ancient Egypt,
and so you are invited to dress like an ancient Egyptian and walk like one too. 
There will be dancing!
And to carry the Egyptian theme, we will be playing a number of songs from the 1920s
and '30s with a middle eastern flavor, straight from Tin Pan Alley and Hollywood,
that will be sure to entertain you! This will be another splendid event sponsored
by the Art Deco Society Of California, the creators of the fabulously fun and successful
Gatsby Summer Afternoon, an annual Summer event in Oakland.
