[Dixielandjazz] Support live jazz

Just back from a concert by the Swing Dance Orchestra from Berlin.  While
not great, a pretty good band, playing swing era standards.  A small
ensemble - one trumpeter, one trombonists, two reed players (clarinet
doubling alt sax, and a tenor sax), + rhythm: piano, double bass, ACOUSTIC
guitar and drums, and a rather good singer.  This is the lineup appearing
in Israel; on the web there are pictures showing a real big band, even on
the website of the organizers of the Hot Jazz .series (which, except for
the swing band, is all modern).
The band, despite its size, manages to give the spirit of the big bands.
