    Yes, and it's free!  The Creole Jazz Band Fake Book is available in various flavors, including C (concert pitch), Bb (for clarinet and cornet), Eb (for alto sax and probably alto/tenor horn if that's your axe), F treble (?), and Bass clef.  All the songs are also in the public domain.
