[Dixielandjazz] Austin Traditional Jazz Society All-Stars

Dear Listers:

 

The Austin Traditional Jazz Society generally winds up its season with an
all-star concert.  This season's opus was on June 12.  Austin was
represented by David Jellema on cornet, Edward Hayes on resonator guitar and
myself on tuba.  Our out-of-towners were Bob Krenkel (reeds) and Gene
LeBeaux (trombone) from the Dallas area, and Bobby Black (banjo) and Ed
Torres (drums) from San Antonio.  A good time was had by all.
