[Dixielandjazz] Is the Cline Wine and Jazz Festival the offspring of the Rohnert Park (Sonoma County) Dixieland Festival?

The jazz festival in Rohnert Park hasn't happened for some time, alas. I think '05 may have been the last year. My father John Doyle managed the last one.
