RAFKIN, DAVID Nov. 17, 1933 to March 22, 2005 David passed away at San Diego Hospice after a long and courageous battle with kidney cancer. His life was marked by his love for his wife Joyce; his two sons, Adam and Seth, their wives Robin and Abigail; three stepchildren, Bradford, Elisabeth and Ilene and their spouses, Marina, Daniel and Peter, and ten grandchildren. He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed. Services will be held at El Camino Mortuary Chapel, 5600 Carroll Canyon Rd.
