Thanks everyone for comments and references. I really should have checked Google first. Quite right, it is not my sort of music. OK for one number but the thought of sitting through a whole concert fills me with dread. Attention span has gone down with age.

As for Bills question about `Why is he a living legend`.  Because the copy writer said so. Thats why.
