[Dixielandjazz] Kobe Jazz Street

Kobe Jazz Street is - or used to be - a very important OKOM festival in
Japan, held in October.
I tried to find information, but all I could get in English was something
about 2006 being its 46th anniversary.
But I had tried and failed before, but Steve Barbone found the info and
passed it on to me.  So I know it's somewhere there, and only my computer
skills, or rather - lack thereof - are hampering me.
Could anybody find and provide the information?
