[Dixielandjazz] Seeking advice-- computer soft ware for converting LPs to CD

This is a repeat question.  Need the best computer software for converting
LP to CD.  Our jazz society had a set-up with quality turntable with
computer connection .  However, flood last year damaged our computer, so we
have  obtained older working computer with XP program.   What's the best
computer program for processing-taking out extraneous noise, clicks, etc.?
