[Dixielandjazz] Kenny Ball band

Could this be a musician's feature?
I saw Hampton in Nice, and he had to be helped to walk on stage.  But the
moment he started playing he was transformed from a feeble old man into
Hampton the entertainer.  He danced around and spread that old Hampton
magic.
I saw even latr performances on the telly, and it was the same story: from
an old man needing help to walk to fiery, happy entertainer!
