Maxine Sullivan's daughter Paula Morris reports the good news that Mayor DeBlasio will name Ritter Place, longtime home of Maxine and The House That Jazz Built, "Maxine Sullivan Way," in a bill to be signed Monday morning, Aug. 10. Date of the unveiling is to be announced.

The reason Mayberry was so peaceful and quiet was because nobody was married. Andy, Aunt Bea, Barney, Floyd, Howard, Goober, Gomer, Sam, 
Earnest T Bass, Helen, Thelma Lou, Clara, and of course Opie, all single. 
The only married person was Otis, and he stayed drunk.
