Thanks for letting us know, Gerard. What a shock, I was in e-mail contact 
with him only last week and have a half finished mail in my drafts folder 
which, sadly, will not now be sent.

Jerry was en route to Stanstead Airport to catch a holiday flight to 
Portugal when he suffered a heart attack - not his first. He was taken to 
Harlow hospital and was awaiting a transfer to Papworth Hospital for 
specialist attention.

RIP Jerry ol' Friend
