Dear Tom,
Stomp Off Tune Title expert, Dick Baker, tells us that "Something for Annie" was composed by Turk Murphy but copyrighted in Anne Moon's name in 1964.
Dick has also advised that in Jim Goggin’s book 'Turk Murphy: Just for the Record', Turk tells of rushing to get it written as Annie lay dying of cancer.
