I have a recording of "Live Live Up In Heaven" by Henrietta Waddy accompanied by the Stars of Faith and a pianist.
 
Unfortunately, I can't find any details of this in any jazz discography that I have, so if anybody can provide details of when and where this was recorded, and who the pianist was, I shall be very grateful.
