[Dixielandjazz] Body and Soul - Johnny Guarneri

Banjoist Ed Turner told me he was on a set with Guarnieri when he was 
guest artist, and that Guarnieri called Jitterbug Waltz and proceeded to 
play it in 5/4 time.
