CLINICIANS BAND at "JAZZ SUNDAY"

Feb. 9 "JAZZ SUNDAY" featuring the
TJYBF CLINICIANS BAND with Bob Draga and Midiri Bros.  
Noon - 5:00pm at the Dante Club
2330 Fair Oaks Blvd.;  Sacramento, CA 95825

The TNT youth band will kick off a super-charged Jazz Sunday as the Clinicians Band takes the stage,
an all-star band with musicians in town for the Feb. 8 TJYBF (Trad. Jazz Youth Band Fest.). 
STJS is grateful to the STJS Foundation and the TJYBF organizers for making this amazing lineup possible for Jazz Sunday. 
Set 3 will feature The Dinguy jazz band from Rio Americano H.S. 
Set 5 brings the Crescent Katz to the main stage.

TJYBF - Trad. Jazz Youth Band Festival

9th annual TJYBF on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014 at Sac State
$10 for a full day of music!
8am-5pm  Youth band festival
7:00pm    Clinicians Concert

An all-day festival dedicated to the performance and teaching of traditional jazz - a uniquely 
American art form. Student Band Performances and onstage Feedback Clinics take place in 
Capistrano Hall at Sac State in 3 rooms: the Music Recital Hall (MRH), Room 151, and Room 143. 
As space allows, you may visit the Lead-Sheet and Jazz Essentials Clinics in the second and 
third floor classrooms.
$10 includes all-star Clinicians Concert in the evening (7pm) featuring Bob Draga, cl;  
Joe Midiri, sax/cl;  Paul Midiri, vibes;  Corey Gemme, tpt; Bill Dendle, tbn; Eddie Erickson, gtr/bnj; 
Jason Wanner, p;  Lenny Pollacchi, b;  Ron Jones, dr.
