My recollection is that "Blue Lou" Barker was N.O. guitarist Danny  
Barker's wife.
They used to work as a duo in the "old days." Later in the 1950s Danny  
Barker
played banjo with Conrad Janis'  "Tailgate Jazz Band" in NYC.
