Join us for a day of trad jazz and belly laughs. Gary Ryan of Morro Bay, CA knows
a thing or two about "interactive entertainment" (audience participation). Engaging
an audience and keeping them laughing as they join in the fun is an art form in
itself. You may have seen Gary with Ryan's Raiders, Mike Vax's Great American Jazz
Band, or the Mardi Gras Boys. While Gary is an accomplished pianist, most have only
seen him on banjo, where he's truly an innovator with marvelous chord melody, chord
choices and suspension, flat fives -- chords not normally heard on a banjo! Gary
is also a generous person who has raised money for kids' scholarships to Jazz Camp.
He's given banjos to kids and been a mentor to musicians of all ages. Come on out
to the Dante Club! Forget your troubles and LAUGH!

NOV. 10 JAZZ SUNDAY ADMISSION INCREASE
STARTING IN NOVEMBER:  Admission increase at monthly Jazz Sunday concerts
Due to rising costs and the economic crisis, we are regretfully required to increase
the admission fee to Jazz Sunday.
Effective Nov. 10, 2013, the fee at the Dante Club will be:
STJS Members - $10 per person
Non-members - $15 per person
Students (not changing) - $5 STJS mem. / $7 non-men.
Kids under 12 get in free.
