[Dixielandjazz] Vale Graham Coyle

For a change someone whose playing I know, since I've heard him both with
Bob Barnard and with Hotter Than Six, unfortunately - only on records.
Graham Cole was the equal of many renowned Amrican pianist.
Blessed bew his memory
