[Dixielandjazz] "Discontented Blues" -- Who was Mysterious Miller?

Listmates,

The Friars Society Orchestra (soon to be NORK) recorded "Discontented 
Blues" on August 29, 1922.  The Gennett 4679 recorded label says the 
composers are "Meyers-Schoebel-Miller"; I've combed the Library of 
Congress copyright books for a registration but come up blank, so 
that label is all we have to go on.

Billy Meyers we know; Elmer Schoebel we know -- but who the heck is Miller?
