[Dixielandjazz] Shameless Plug - Redwood Coast Jazz Fest

Hi Listmates,

If any of you are heading up to the Redwood Coast Jazz Festival / Emerald
Coast Lindy Exchange this weekend, I will be playing with two bands.

The first is the Red Skunk Band (gypsy swing, trad jazz, adaptions, and
original material). We will have an incredible violin player with us - a
child prodigy.  He is the west-coast version of Jonathan Russell.  He's
just finishing high-school and has been offered a full-tuition scholarship
to attend Berklee College of Music.

I will also be there with the Au Brothers Jazz Band.  We play a lot of
adaptations and original material, and less commonly heard trad tunes - all
in a trad style.  We're working on a new recording which should be out in
the next month.

be guest starring with various bands throughout the weekend.
