Dear Jim,
Clarinetist Michael White recorded "New Orleans Bounce (Out Of The Woods)" for a Basin Street CD (BSR 0503,'Dancing In The Sky') in New Orleans (January 24-26 January/2 February 2004) with Nicholas Payton, Mark Braud (t) Gregory Stafford (tp/vcl) Lucien Barbarin (tb) Michael White (cl) Steve Pistorius (p) Detroit Brooks (bj) Kerry Lewis, Mark Brooks (sb) Herman Lebeaux (d) Thais Clark (vcl) collective personnel.
I know nothing about it, nor where you might find a lead sheet.
There a quite a few Google hits using the Michael White link, including a note that he is the tune's author.
Here is a review of the CD:

An ABC National Radio (Australia) playlist summary notes: "gleeful stomping jump-blues (complete with "Lady Be Good" quote!) dance, which primarily features the composer's clarinet. Steve Pistorius's piano & Kerry Lewis' ac bass also step forward, with tenor banjo & drums support."
I hope this helps.
Very kind regards,
Bill.
