If you play for a many language crowd nitely, it's a good idea to toss in a
song now & then that everyone recognizes.  
 
What A Wonderful World serves that purpose perfectly.  If you can get your
whole mixed nations audience to happily sing (albeit completely out of tune)
those 4 words at the end of each phrase, it will bring a smile to everyone's
faces, and that is the meaning of Jazz.  No need to look it up in a
dictionary.
