Yes, it's spam. Whenever an email, on or off list, contains only a link that doesn't otherwise look like something you'd normally open, DON'T. And calls for password changing as a result of being "hacked" are overblown. These things are everywhere, and, when not acted upon, harmless (currently!). Sent from my cOmputer
