[Dixielandjazz] The E7 in Georgia (or not)

Me again, someone quickly and correctly pointed out that the Baudoin 
book does have a D in measure 5 as an alternate. As I like his original 
'first choice' chords, I cropped out the alternatives. I have updated 
the image linked below WITH the alternative chords. I should point out 
that that D isn't a D7 per 'normal' but a D7#5. I still like the E7.
