The personel on this September 11, 1939 session was one for the ages.
Below is what the label lists, but they obviously made a couple of
mistakes at the time of label printing & I'll list the actual
musicians' names in parenthesis "()" as they apply. Here goes:

Hamp - vibes and vocals
C. Gillespie (Dizzy Gillespie) - trumpet
L. Lee (Benny Carter) - alto sax
Leon "Chu" Berry, Coleman Hawkins, Ben Webster - tenor sax
Charlie Christian - guitar
Clyde Hart - piano
Milt Hinton - bass
Cozy Cole - drums
