According to my friend, the ever reliable (pedandic) late Laurie Wright in his book 'Okeh Records 8000 Series', 'Blues' is part of the song title.

Confirmed by Ross Laird's 'Discography of Okeh Records, 1918-1934'  and Tom Lord's 'Clarence Williams' Discography.
Both also reliable sources.
Of course, a photograph of the label would be nice.
