Hello Listmates,

As I do not know how many of you have baqcked the project, I am
forwarding the relevant parts of the latest notice to backers:

"Great News, Backers!

I'm thrilled to tell you that the tracks for "Franz Jackson:
Milestone" have been engineered and mastered...    And now, all that's
left to do is wait!



"Milestone" will be officially released on November 1st, what would've
been Franz's 100th birthday, and I'm working feverishly to finalize
plans for the Franz Jackson Jazz Celebration and the CD release party
- both of which are being planning for November 10th in Dowagiac, MI.
 I also hope to have a second CD release party in Chicago at some
point, but with the holidays fast approaching, I'm guessing that may
not happen until closer to the first of the year.

Pre-orders for the CD will be available online soon, so if you have
friends and family who would like to have this amazing music,  you'll
be able to tell them where to get it in the very near future!"

On the face of it, it should be a very exciting CD.
