[Dixielandjazz] Lead Sheet Wanted: "i'll Never Be the Same"

Does anyone have a lead sheet for a tune titled: "I'll Never Be the Same."

I have a request to back up someone on this tune at an event coming up. The person doing the tune does it from memory. He played it for me (over the phone), and I couldn't pick up on the chord changes. I've never heard of it and would like to do a credible back up on it.
