Thanks, everyone, for all the input about the lyrics to the verse. I guess I
didn't listen long enough to the Cheap Suit Serenaders version. I'll listen
again.

That is a scarce song! The only sheet music I could find on line is

The Cheap Suit Serenaders sing a verse (in the middle of their
recording. It is available on Spotify.
