[Dixielandjazz] Mardis Gras uniform

Cell Block 7 is playing a Mardis Gras church service in February, the they
want us to wear a Mardis Gras uniform!

Other than strings of beads, I'm wondering what else would be appropriate!
Bright flashy clothes? Cross-dressing?
