[Dixielandjazz] "Give Me A Call"

Fellow DJLM members,

I found a tune called "Give Me A Call" in the Charles Anderson 
collection (# 3588).
It's listed as being written by Steve Lane, but the date is unknown.

The first line says:
"When your fair weather friends have a departed, and you're all by 
yourself, with nothing at all,
well the road always bends. Don't be brokenhearted. I still love you. 
Give Me A Call."

Does anyone know when it was written?
