[Dixielandjazz] "Hello Dolly" Banjoist

Thanks to Gerard Bielderman, Greg McCurty, Bob Ringwald and Roger Wade for solving the mystery of the unknown banjoist on Armstrong's version of "Hello Dolly." I appreciated the effort of everyone in solving the mystery and identifying Tony Gottuso as the banjoist.

Most also provided the fact that the banjo was an overdub on the recording, which I wasn't aware of.
