[Dixielandjazz] Contemporary Dixieland and Blues (book)

A friend just showed me a copy of a book of leadsheets called "Contemporary Dixieland and Blues", compiled and edited by Edward I. Metz, "a collection of jazz compositions written between 1968 and 1993". It was apparently privately published in 1993.
Is this book still available to buy anywhere? I thought about emailing Eddie Metz Jr. to ask about it, but then thought that asking this question of DJML might also have the advantage of announcing its existence to others.
It's really a marvelous collection of tunes written by people like Ed Metz Sr. himself, Barney Bigard, K. O. Eckland, Tom Hook, Phil Kirk, Frank Mesich, Bob Pilsbury, Tony Pringle, Chuck Reiley, Jim Ritter, Bob Wilber, Tex Wyndham, and others. There are tunes like Backside Blues (Ritter), Black Dog on a Binge (Metz), Buck Creek Blues (Pringle), Dixieland Is Here to Stay (Jim Ressler), La Plume de ma Tante (Dave Pinardi), Pipe Creek Rag (Reiley), Sue Me (Wyndham), and (my favorite, since i'm a tuba player) Tubaist's Lament.
So. Anybody know if it's still being published? Thanks.

    Dan
