Dear Marek,
Based on the bass player who played  (puns intended) and recorded in similar groups with Hackett, Condon, Pee Wee et al in 1938 it would be Clyde Newcombe. Likewise, the pianist is probably Dave Bowman
The photographs in the 'Nick's' chapter of the page-numberless 'The Eddie Condon Scrapbook of Jazz' and Frank Driggs 'Black Beauty, White Heat' seem to confirm this.
