Handing it to google translate sorts a lot of that out.

What the page is offering is a torrent download of someone's rip
of an original set of CDs. It looks like the CDs are a Japanese
import. The download is audio as MP3 files. It probably infringes
lots of copyright stuff. If you don't understand any of that, then
you should stay clear of the download links.

The page also has a track list for each of the CDs. So you can
at least see if the CD set is what you are after and then try and
find it from a more reputable source.
