Hi Ginny,

I have to confess to using facebook to keep up with local (UK) musicians and 
what we're all up to. However, DJML is still a source of delight (in the 
main). Long may it continue. I tend to agree about landlines - my mobile 
(cellphone) is for emergencies and when I'm on the road.

 Activity has really declined. It seems to me that  the shift may be very 
related to
 frequent posting individuals now  using Facebook for most electronic
communication.  And so it goes.   I'm so resistant to change that I still 
prefer
land line phones.
