[Dixielandjazz] Who the hell is Pee Wee Bizouarn?

One of my off list friends, supplied the following information about the mystery man.

1) Circa 1960 - A la CONCHEE, on applaudit Pee Wee BIZOUARN et son orchestre New Orleans.

2) Circa 1957 - Pee Wee BIZOUARN (et ses Cultivateurs ...) font triompher le New Orleans au KENTUCKY Club.

Also, circa 1950, he played in the Albert Nicholas orchestra.
