 We are a Ministry that assist in helping children, families and individuals that have become homeless. We provide a free food and free clothing. This is our 3rd Annual Mardi Gras Fundraiser.
 
 This is our Proposal:
  
 Date: Saturday February 18
  
 Where: 2427 Marconi Ave
  
 Amount: $1000.00
  
 A 6 member band
  
 You will participate in our parade which is very short and will take about  1 hour, it starts at 9:00 am
  
 Our event starts at 10:00 am, you will perform 3-4 times between the times of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. The vocal music will cater to New Orleans lyrics and not San Francisco or another city.
  
 We have a Mardi Gras Ball scheduled from 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm, which you will play at.
  
 *We can list you in our program magazine for free
 *We can provide you free breakfast, lunch and dinner
 *We can not provide expenses for transportation to Sacramento
 *We can provide you with 3 rooms with twin beds at a local Motel or extended stay for 1 night, however you would need to be ready to go for the parade at 9:00 am on Saturday February 18, 2012.
