Paul E. Asks why I'm not running for President.

Dear Paul:

Because I make mistakes. Like on my last gig post, I meant 4 figures
not 5. And it's Savannah's Gentlemen's Club, not Samantha's. Mea Culpa
being tired from the Speakeasy gig the night before, arriving home at
6 AM after driving back 100 miles in a snowstorm. I had just gotten up
when I sent the post <grin>

Meant to make the point that $1000 a week is the minimum, IMO, a
sidemen should make each week on the road. That's "take home" pay net
of ALL road expenses. . . and includs wine with dinner. <grin>

Other reason is that the last reed player who was president although
times were excellent for America, was vilified by swarmy hypocrites
like Newt. Who needs that?

Cheers,
Steve Barbone
