Thanks for your 'fourth trumpet joke'. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

It reminds me of the tale about a famous English conductor, I think it was 
Sir Thomas Beecham.
Beecham (stopping the rehearsing of the symphony orchestra): "Fourth 
trumpet - you're flat!"
3rd trumpet: "Excuse me, sir, but the fourth trumpet hasn't arrived yet."
Beecham: "Well, when he gets here, tell him what I said."
