Casual listening is often rewarding.
I am now playing BG, The Small Groups, something I've had for ages
(RCA Vintage).  The clarinet introduction to "Vibraphone Blues" hit me
- I started wondering who it was, it was so bluesy!  A sound one
expects from a GEorge Lewis or a Willie Humphrey,  not from the
sophisticated Goodman.  Still the greatest (in my book).
