Dear Jazz Fans:


STJS and its dedicated volunteers contribute so much to the local community: the annual Sac. Music Fest. (our major fundraiser), annual youth band festival (TJYBF),
monthly concerts (Jazz Sunday), fundraiser concerts, summer Jazz Camp, plus TNT, the STJS-sponsored youth band that performs trad jazz at public events throughout
the year. Jazz Sunday offers a Tailgate Room that's perfect for younger musicians  to practice alongside experienced players who mentor them as they learn  to play trad jazz favorites.

In addition to Music Lesson Awards for exceptional young musicians in the Sacramento/Davis
area, STJS offers scholarships to our Trad. Jazz Camp where we provide an opportunity
for jazz musicians of all skill levels to become part of the growing Jazz Camp "family,"
fostering better musicians, better people, and a better world.
