Exactly. 

Play where the kids are. There are a few OKOM bands that do this with great success.

For you Francis Bacon scholars: (from his 1625 Essays,:)  "Mahomet called the Hill to come to him. And when the Hill stood still, he was never a whit abashed, but said: 'If the Hill will not come to Mahomet, Mahomet will go to the Hill."

In current English that is expressed as: "If the mountain won't come to Mohammed, then Mohammed must go to the mountain. 

Remember, the definition of insanity has been expressed as doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. If what we do does not work, then we should try something else.
